Traffic Wardens were the first non playable humans to be added to Flylikeabird3 with the first original version Gamevial released, and stayed in all other versions. They are an upgraded version from the first two games, Flylikeabird1 and 2.  They play an important role in the game as their purpose was for birds to poop on them and gain points.     

They are onIy in the cityscape, where they can be found walking along the streets in random location. They are a hazard to birds as if you fly into one you will lose a life.When hit by bird poo, they would freeze, shout, and raise their arms up while looking at the sky.
